Professional summary
“DO WHAT SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE.”
This motto reflects how I approach engineering: question the assumptions behind a difficult problem, build a solution, and test it against evidence.
I am a technology executive, entrepreneur and AI researcher with nearly three decades of experience spanning electronics and robotics, network security, natural language processing and AI infrastructure. My core work involves designing secure, scalable systems, including Zero Trust AI (ZTAI) and high-performance computing (HPC), translating research into products, and leading technology businesses.
Alongside this technical work, I contribute to AI and data governance through industry leadership and policy advisory roles. I bring an engineering perspective to these decisions, examining how architecture, infrastructure and institutional choices affect security, accountability and competition. Whether developing a product or proposing a policy, I focus on practical results while preserving the ability to make informed choices.
